National Program Partnerships

Some of the most powerful learning happens when groups tackle challenges side by side. Our National Program Partnerships serve organizations of every size—from local schools near our regional locations to national networks ready to engage students across multiple states.

Some individuals are standing with their arms raised, while others are looking towards the camera. The overall scene suggests a group outing or excursion in a natural setting.

A canoe with two people is on a lake surrounded by trees. The person in the front is paddling and wearing a life vest. The water is dark and reflects the trees. The sky is overcast. The canoe has a number and a logo on its side.
A young woman with a bright smile is captured in an eye-level shot, wearing a blue climbing helmet, a black long-sleeved shirt, and grey pants. She is equipped with a climbing harness and appears to be in an outdoor setting, possibly engaged in a climbing activity. The background features blurred greenery and tents, suggesting a campsite or outdoor adventure location. The focus is sharp on the woman, highlighting her joyful expression and the climbing gear.

How It Works

1. Discovery Phase

We learn about your group’s goals, dynamics, and desired outcomes while discussing logistics like size, timeline, and location preferences.

2. Program Design

Together, we create an experience that fits your participants and objectives—from activity selection to risk management to follow-up integration.

3. Delivery

Our expert instructors facilitate the on-course experience with intentional debriefing and reflection designed to help participants transfer their learning back to their daily lives.

4. Integration & Follow-Up

We provide tools and frameworks to help participants and leaders continue building on course experiences long after the program ends.

Built for Inclusion

Every program is designed with equity and access at the center. We provide gear, accommodate different learning styles and physical abilities, and create pricing structures that work for diverse communities. Through our Summit Fund, we can remove financial barriers entirely.

Our instructors are trained to facilitate inclusive, challenge-by-choice experiences where every participant finds their own path to growth and contribution.

Safety & Standards

All programs follow rigorous safety protocols and are led by instructors trained in both technical skills and inclusive facilitation. We believe challenge and safety go hand-in-hand—students can only discover their capabilities when they feel secure and supported.

Every experience reflects our values: Compassion, Courage, Inclusion, Service, and Integrity.
