Field Positions

Our field staff are the heart and soul of every course; their leadership, technical abilities, and adept educator skills add depth to the course experience and provide for the safety of our students. Field staff return time and time again to work for NCOBS because of the lives they’ve touched, the friendships they’ve built, and the continuous inspiration and professional development that our community provides. As an organization that prides itself on serving our students to the highest degree, we seek experienced educators, field instructors, guides, outdoor enthusiasts, and group managers to join our ranks as field instructors and technical specialists.
