Not many inner-city kids get the opportunity to have an experience like the one this scholarship provides. This course showed me that there is more to this world. It also gave me the chance to step out of my comfort zone. This is the hardest thing I have ever done, but I am glad I did it. I feel so accomplished and confident in my newfound abilities.
