The School District of Philadelphia (SDP)

A Deep Partnership with the School District

Our longest-standing and largest partner is the School District of Philadelphia (SDP). Since our earliest days, we have worked alongside district leaders, principals, and educators to design experiences that strengthen school communities and support student growth beyond the classroom.

Each year, thousands of SDP students participate in POBS programs, including day programs, Peer Leadership expeditions, and school-wide experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and resilience. We also partner directly with educators and district staff, offering professional development and collaborative planning that supports lasting impact within schools. These programs are co-designed to align with district priorities around social-emotional learning, school culture, and student leadership development.
