The Philadelphia Outward Bound School team includes both program and administrative staff who work together to create meaningful learning experiences. Program staff design and lead expeditions and day-long team-building programs, while administrative staff support the work behind the scenes through fundraising, hiring, marketing, admissions, and operations.
