Flexible Program Delivery

How long are programs?

Programs range from half-day facilitated initiatives to multi-day wilderness expeditions, depending on your objectives and your team’s availability. We’ll work with you to design the right experience for your goals.

Do participants need outdoor experience?

Not at all. We follow a philosophy called Challenge by Choice—participants decide their own level of engagement without instructor or peer pressure. What feels challenging varies from person to person, and that’s exactly the point. Our facilitators create the right conditions for everyone to find and expand their comfort zone at their own pace.

What levels of physical activity are expected?

Our clients vary in age, gender, and physical abilities. A successful program requires teamwork, effective communication, and commitment—not physical strength or endurance. We customize every program to ensure everyone can participate, with options ranging from low-impact ground-based activities to more challenging elements.

Who are your facilitators?

Our professional facilitators are experts in experiential learning and organizational development. They hold advanced degrees in fields like Organizational Development, Social Work, and Business Administration, and have an average of 10+ years of experience guiding professional teams. All facilitators are trained in challenge course operations, safety management, and hold certifications such as Wilderness First Responder.

Will everyone be required to participate in all activities?

We use a Challenge by Choice approach—you choose your level of participation, and your team and instructors respect that choice. For some, actively leading through an activity is the right challenge. For others, supporting teammates or reflecting on team dynamics from a different role offers the growth they need. The goal isn’t to meet some external standard, but to stretch beyond where you are now in a way that’s meaningful to you. Your safety, inclusion, and personal growth are our priorities.
