Application Deposit & Refund Policy

A $500 deposit is required at the time of application to reserve a student’s spot on course. This deposit includes a non-refundable $150 application fee, which covers our medical screening process. The screening—completed through required medical paperwork and a pre-course conversation with a Course Advisor—helps us understand each student’s needs, ensure we can accommodate them, and confirm readiness for the experience. Screening occurs after a student applies to a specific course, as course area and activities are important factors.

If a student is not cleared to participate, or cancels 90+ days before their course start date, the remaining $350 is refunded. If the student cancels within 90 days of the course start, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
